HR Manager
You are a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with passion for creating a positive workplace culture.
The Role

As an HR Manager you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a productive and positive work environment, overseeing daily office operations, and managing human resources functions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional who can efficiently handle a variety of tasks, from managing office logistics to implementing HR policies that foster a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, and assisting in candidate evaluations.
  • Administer onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with conducting appraisals and disciplinary proceedings.
  • Liaising fully with our external HR advisers to ensure our processes are always up to date and compliant with the employment laws.

Employee Relations:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and concerns, acting as a liaison between employees and management.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs and team-building activities.

Benefits Administration:

  • Setting up and administering employee benefits programs and perks.
  • Facilitate open enrolment processes and communicate benefit changes to employees.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employee handbooks and policies.

Office Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to meet the needs of the team.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including space planning, meetings, and events.
  • Act as the point of contact for office-related vendors and service providers.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in office management and human resources functions.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary and Holiday Entitlement
  • Up to £40,000 full time (part time applications will be considered)

Energy Sales Consultant
You love a challenge! You enjoy client interaction and selling is your second nature. You already have some client base to tap into, to start you off.
The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our fast growing team and be a part of our expanding energy management consultancy. The individual we are looking for is a self-motivated and proactive sales professional, ideally with energy experience or a utility brokerage/consultancy background, but this is not essential.

As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating leads and developing relationships with SMEs and large corporate businesses, using a consultancy approach.

You will be provided with all the necessary sales support from our highly trained administration team.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Setting, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Generating sales leads, by tapping into your network of contacts and by using social media/online research/LinkedIn.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross/up sell additional products and services Focus Assured offers into a growing customer base.
  • Planning and preparing sales presentations using pre-branded MS PowerPoint templates.
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director with weekly progress, pipeline and sales reports.
  • Updating the CRM system to maintain and manage your prospects.
  • Attending the weekly sales meeting, either in person or by Skype, to update the team on your progress and share best practice.
  • Proven sales background and B2B sales experience

Client Relationship Executive
You have great attention to detail and enjoy multitasking! You like to work as part of a busy team.
The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our fast growing team and be a part of our expanding energy management consultancy.

You will help to provide accurate energy contract pricing analyses for new and existing clients. Working closely with our business development and client services teams, you will be trusted to handle sales administration tasks including pricing, query handling and internal documentation.

You will also build strong relationships with our clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of their accounts. You will need to be self-motivated, proactive and in time you will have the opportunity to develop into other areas of the business.

Energy Bureau Coordinator
You are an analytical and detail orientated individual with passion for numbers!
The Role

We are looking for an experienced Energy Bureau Coordinator/Administrator to help set up our Bill Validation service. You will perform a variety of activities in order to deliver an effective energy service to a number of key clients. You will undertake energy and invoice data analysis to support energy billing, energy management, energy brokerage and compliance requirements. You will interact with a number of people on a daily basis, giving you the opportunity to engage and build relationships with all levels inside and outside of the company. You may be called on from time to time to work on other projects / clients to support other teams.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Liaise with our software provider to set up and on-board customers
  • Check and upload paper and electronic invoices on behalf of designated clients that are received from their utility suppliers and landlords
  • Validate utility invoices to find and resolve errors. Record all errors found on the utility invoices.
  • Liaise with clients, internal departments, suppliers, and third parties to resolve errors and secure refunds owed to clients.
  • Gather and analyse energy consumption, energy markets, invoice data and energy asset information to support compliance reporting, consultancy activity and utility billing requirements
  • Maintain and develop relevant energy databases
  • Document relevant processes to communicate to stakeholders and support quality management
  • Maintain an awareness of developments within the energy/utilities marketplace

  • IT literate with ability to solve minor issues
